The Best! The Best Lego store I’ve ever been. Through 3 continents. Amazing team members, very positive, creative, supportive, friendly, and personalize customer experience based on empathetic clients approach. I love this place, along with my son who is Lego lover. Thank you for every experience that we have there for past 2 years. We are definitely coming back

I recently bought a set that was on discount . Asked the staff if everything complete inside she said no issue . When I opened the box all the individual bags had been opened and messed up! Now I have problem fixing!!! Definitely have lots of missing parts!!!

A story that read to me on Wednesday 27/5/26 at the Lego store I came from all over the world to shop for gifts for children, especially to the Lego store I was interested in two games, one for a 10-year-old and one for a 7-year-old After half an hour without Ezra I found two boxes, one cost $70 and one $37 (approximately) I got to the checkout, the salesperson came up to me and asked if I was finished Then he took out a box of another small Lego from the back of the drawer, scanned it first, and then scanned my two products.... I didn't understand why he had to scan the first one (which wasn't mine) and then he said it came out to about $110 or so I paid him in cash and waited for the receipt. About a minute passed and he didn't give me a receipt. I asked if this was it, he said yes, and I left.The next day I arrived in New York City and there was also a huge Lego store there where they greeted me very nicely and immediately came over to ask if I needed help Hey, I needed another box of Lego Ninjago .... I arrived at the checkout and I see that there too they are scanning another box of different Lego in front of me. I asked why that was And they told me that anyone who buys Lego

I wish there were a LEGO Store closer to me than the Jersey Gardens location. Unfortunately, nearly every visit to this store seems to involve some kind of issue when trying to make a purchase. This isn’t about limited-edition products, gift-with-purchase promotions, or exclusive items. On my most recent visit, I simply wanted to purchase three Botanical sets, which is typically the purchase limit online. However, I was told I could only buy one, despite the sets being fully stocked on the shelves. Over the years, I can’t honestly say I’ve had a consistently positive experience at this location. There always seems to be confusion regarding promotions, fine print, purchase limits, or other policies that lead to unnecessary back-and-forth with customers. The communication often feels inconsistent and, at times, misleading. I completely understand restrictions on highly sought-after or exclusive products, but it’s frustrating to encounter these issues when purchasing readily available $30 sets. I enjoy LEGO products and will continue to support the brand, but I hope this location can improve its customer experience and provide clearer, more consistent service.

Very unfriendly staff that hindered me on buying more products. Even they confirmed that they have more products in storage, especially minifigures, they declined to provide them and communicated this in a rude and inappropriate way.
